                                                  SEASON  2023/24    

 

            ONLY FOUR MENS TEAMS   AND NO LADIES TEAMS HAVE AGREED TO ENTER A TEAM  THIS SEASON SO WE HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO CANCEL THIS YEARS LEAGUE.

 

   

      IF THERE IS RENEWED INTEREST NEXT YEAR AN ATTEMPT WILL BE MADE TO

            RE-START THE VENTURE WHICH HAS BEEN RUNNING FOR MANY YEAR.

 

     ONLY FOUR YEARS AGO WE HAD 18 TEAMS, TWO MENS LEAGUES OF 6 TEAMS EACH AND A 

                                                    LADIES LEAGUE OF 6 TEAMS.

       IN 2022 HOWEVER WE WERE DOWN TO JUST 7 MENS TEAMS AND ONE LEAGUE AND NO 

                                                             LADIES LEAGUE.

  UMPIRES :  Two umpires will be provided for each match if possible from the panel below but sometimes clubs may have to help out in the square- leg position.
